BCCA APPRENTICESHIP SERVICES – ABOUT

About the Campaign

The Apprenticeship Services campaign is administered and managed by the BC Construction Association and funded by the Government of Canada’s Apprenticeship Service. The campaign is meant to enable small and medium-sized employers in BC’s construction industry to hire and register first-year apprentices.

An employer in BC’s construction industry with fewer than 500 employees can apply to receive financial incentives for hiring & registering new employees, or registering existing employees, as first-year apprentices in 39 Red Seal Trades.

In addition to these financial employer incentives, the BCCA is also conducting a major promotional campaign to attract new talent to the industry.
