The BCCA’s  Building Builders Mentorship Program requires an organized individual with multi-tasking capabilities and outstanding communication and computer skills to join our team as a Mentorship Program Advisor who resides in Northern British Columbia. The Building Builders Mentorship Program Advisor will lead in managing the relationships between mentors and mentees, providing assessments, and skills development. The advisor will develop and maintain relationships with participants virtually and across BC. Applicants with Work Experience Programs is an asset. The advisor will be working independently anywhere within BC and reporting to the Provincial Program Manager.  The position requires self-initiative and discipline to achieve program targets.
