Wayne is the son of Ken Farey, one of three journeymen carpenters who founded W. Campbell Ltd. in 1964. Along with William (Bill) Campbell and Archie Campbell, Ken Farey, formed the Victoria-based construction company whose mission was to deliver superior craftsmanship on all projects, big or small.
