Will has worked in construction as a General Superintendent, Project Coordinator and Project Management. In 2006, he began working at Southwest Contracting (SWC) Ltd. as a Project Manager of the Special Projects Division. While serving in this capacity, Will had the opportunity to take over the business from the previous owners. In 2014, he and his partners took over the company and have owned it for the last 10 years.

In his role as the President of SWC, Will expanded his involvement in advocating for the Trade Contractor Division as the Division Chair at the Vancouver Regional Construction
Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors and the Executive of the VRCA and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Will brings a vast array of experience in his roles all the way from the trenches to the boardroom.
