Prior to entering the insurance industry, Morly obtained a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Biology from Thompson Rivers University in 2009. It was at this time Morly started a summer job for a construction firm in Kamloops; the plan was to get back to education after a year off from school. Seven years later, Morly was still working in construction and had swiftly moved through the ranks from a general laborer, to project managing and estimating some of the most complicated slope stabilization projects that have ever taken place in the interior of BC. Morly has taken this experience from the construction industry into his career as a commercial risk advisor. His understanding of standard and complex construction techniques is key to being an effective member of his clients risk management team.
