Rob Kline is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Plan B Contractors, a leading general contractor based in Kelowna, British Columbia. He brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, combining field knowledge with practical executive leadership.

Rob began his career on residential framing sites before founding and successfully operating his own construction company. He joined Plan B Contractors in 2007 and has since progressed through the organization from carpenter to senior leadership. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in site supervision, estimating, project management, and strategic operational planning.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rob oversees day-to-day operations and project delivery across the company. He maintains a hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style that emphasizes quality craftsmanship, operational efficiency, and clear communication with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Rob currently serves on the Executive of the Board of Directors for the Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA) and is an active member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Central Okanagan (CHBA‑CO) and the Urban Development Institute (UDI) Okanagan. His industry involvement reflects a strong commitment to leadership, collaboration, and advancing best practices within the construction sector.
