MENTORSHIP
Help shape the future of construction in Canada.
Perhaps you recently moved to Canada? Do you remember what it felt like starting over in a new country and finding your footing in construction? Now’s your chance to be a helping hand for someone dealing with the same challenges.
Following the lead of the BCCA’s highly successful mentorship program, Building Builders, which focuses on the trades in the province of BC, the BCCA-IN Mentorship Program aims to connect experienced professionals with newcomers across the country, not just BC, who are building their careers in the Canadian construction industry. As a Mentor, you’ll guide, support, and inspire the next generation while sharpening your leadership skills.
This is a great opportunity to give back to the construction community and make a real difference to a newcomer trying to settle into a new life and career in Canada.
