MENTORSHIP
Help shape the future of construction in Canada.
Perhaps you recently moved to Canada? Do you remember what it felt like starting over in a new country and finding your footing in construction? Now’s your chance to be a helping hand for someone dealing with the same challenges.
The BCCA-IN Mentorship Program connects experienced professionals with newcomers building their careers in the Canadian construction industry. As a mentor, you’ll guide, support, and inspire the next generation while sharpening your leadership skills.
This is a great opportunity to give back to the construction community and make a real difference to a newcomer trying to settle into a new life and career in Canada.
