Government of Canada Announces the First Skilled Trades Round this Week
On August 1, 2023, the Ministry of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced that the first trades round for Express Entry system will open this week.
Initially announced on May 31, 2023, the category-based draws for Canada’s flagship economic immigration management system Express Entry will allow Canada to issue invitations to prospective permanent residents with specific skills, including skilled trades in construction.
