If you’re a contractor in British Columbia experiencing a lack of transparency regarding bidding opportunities related to a publicly-funded construction project in BC, we want to hear from you.

In our efforts to ensure that public sector procurement standards are fair, open, and transparent, BCCA and the Regional Construction Associations are measuring the extent of information that is made available to contractors bidding on publicly-funded projects. In some cases, we may assist contractors in obtaining information through the Freedom of Information Act or by contacting the owner, with the agreement of the contractor.
